Wheaton Unlocked: Counselor Preview Day
Wednesday, November 18
8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. ET
Designed for school and independent counselors, Wheaton Unlocked offers an inside look at the Wheaton experience and the information you need to support students in the college search process.
We’ll take you beyond the traditional campus tour into small discussion groups, where you’ll meet faculty who have earned us a reputation for Best Classroom Experience (The Princeton Review, 2026) and career mentors who help students build a college-to-career roadmap, starting in their first semester. You’ll also hear directly from students, tour the places they live and learn, and have the option to experience our Nursing Simulation Lab for yourself.

Counselor Campus Visits
We offer counselor-geared information sessions and tours. Please visit our Counselor Campus Visit form to register.
Community Groups and High Schools
We also accept group visits from Community Based Organizations and high schools. Please complete our Group Visit Registration form to request a visit. Due to the large numbers of Group Visit requests we receive, we limit our groups to students entering junior or senior year of high school. If you have a group of younger students who may be interested in a Wheaton representative visiting them, please contact the Office of Admission.
Counselor Association Meetings
Wheaton offers on-campus spaces for counselor association meetings. If you are interested in utilizing our space, please direct all inquiries to the admission office.
