At second doubles, sophomore Briana Jackson (Redding, CT/Joel Barlow) and freshman Meghan Doyle (Hingham, MA/Hingham) trailed 6-3 against senior Erin Davidson (Moorestown, NJ) and junior Jen Schneider (Sayville, NY) before coming back to knot the score at seven, only to see Gordon pick up the next two points to clinch the Fighting Scots' lone win of the afternoon. In singles play, Weiss started things off with a 6-3, 6-1 win in the top position. McDermott picked up a 6-2, 6-1 victory at two while Doyle took a 6-0, 6-2 decision in the third spot. Jackson picked up a 6-2, 6-0 win at four, freshman Mallory Farmer (Washington, CT/The Gunnery) notched a 6-0, 6-2 triumph at fifth singles and Milic-Strkalj racked up a 6-4, 6-3 decision at six.
