The junior duo of Brian Danishevsky (Hamden, CT/Hamden Hall Country Day) and Brad Dressler (Cranston, RI/Cranston West) dropped a close 8-6 match to Brandeis pair Scott Schulman (Wethersfield, CT/Wethersfield) and Michael Vulfovich (Lexington, MA/Lexington) in the second spot.

Singles play was highlighted by a straight-set victory from junior captain Payum Payman (Pleasant Valley, NY/Arlington) over junior Sam Jonas (Toronto, Ontario/Metro Prep) 6-4, 6-2 in the top spot. Other strong efforts came from senior captain Nick Potter (Concord, NH/Concord), who fell at number four in a third-set tiebreaker 4-6, 6-3, 7-6, and classmate Mike Moss (Needham, MA/Needham), who also went three sets before losing 6-4, 5-7, 6-2 at fifth singles.

Senior Jeff Selesnick (Concord, NH/Concord) forced a tiebreaker in the second set before falling 6-3, 7-6 to Brandeis classmate Chris Hersel (Woodbury, CT/Sacred Heart) at number six. In the third position, Dressler dropped a 6-4, 7-5 decision and Vulfovich topped Danishevsky 6-3, 6-2 at number two.
