Tennis Camps

The Tennis Camp at Wheaton College is a day camp that operates from 9am-3pm under the direction of Lynn Miller, the head men and women's tennis coach at Wheaton. The camp has served the youth of Norton and surrounding towns for over 25 years and offers campers a 1-4 instructor-to-camper ratio for players of ALL ability levels. Campers receive a camp tee shirt, a certificate of attendance, a group and individual photo, a chance to play in camp tournaments, earn USTA Skills Test certificates and get a videotaped analysis of their strokes. Campers also have the option to swim in Wheaton's indoor pool on hot days. The cost is $400 for the 5-day camp and $250 for the 3-day camp.

How to get to Wheaton College

Wheaton College is located at the intersection of Routes 140 and 123 in Norton. The camp will take place at the outdoor courts (weather permitting) located on the north side of campus. If you're coming from Rt. 140 south, take a left at the driveway just past the baseball field and this road will take you to the courts. If heading east on Rt. 123 from Attleboro, pass Rt. 140 and take a left at the flashing light (there's a nursery school on the corner). If coming from the Easton area traveling west on Rt. 123, take a right at that nursery school (Howard Street will be on the left). If it's raining in the morning, everyone will meet at the building right next to the outdoor courts (Clark Recreation Center) for warm-ups. More information about the Wheaton College campus can be found on the Wheaton College website: (www.wheatoncollege.edu).
