My favorite dish to prepare is quick, easy and very delicious: curried chicken.

I love to read, watch old movies and dance around to my favorite songs.
If you were stranded on deserted island, what five items would you bring, and why?
I would bring a Bible (for sanity), a toothbrush (so my teeth won't rot), a photo album (to see the things/people I love), a notebook (to document my adventures on the island), and a sleeping bag (just in case it gets cold at night).
