Application Status and Freshman Decisions

Transfer Applicants
To check the status of your application, follow the steps below. If you have questions, call 508-286-8251 or email webapp@wheatoncollege.edu.
GO TO
Application status login page.
Enter Login ID
Your login is your Wheaton ID number that we mailed you in your application acknowledgement number. Remember to use the capital letter "W" followed by a series of numbers.
Enter PIN
Your PIN in your date of birth (MMDDYY). For example, if you were born on May 15, 1986, your password would be 051586.
Click "Login"
Click on "Processed Applications"
Now you can view your application summary.
To logout, click on the "Exit" button. Please make sure you logout before you leave.
Important! Whether or not you have visited our application Web site before, you are now considered a Returning User.
Given the volume of mail we receive, we are not able to provide information over the phone, through email or fax about items that may be here, but are not yet entered into the computer. A member of the Admission Staff will contact you if we are missing any credentials needed to complete your application.
We ask for your patience by using our Web site to track your status as we work to record all credentials as quickly as possible.
If an item is not shown as received within a week of when you sent it, you may wish to send another copy.
