- Salary increase workgroup was formed to develop a staff compensation philosophy.
- Staff Council developed a staff recognition and reward program
- Staff members were appointed to assist in the reaccredidation process for the college
- Staff Council worked with Human Resources in revising the sexual harassment and inclement weather policies
- With faculty members, a workgroup developed a program whereby employees can make a voluntary charitable contribution to the United Way through payroll deductions.
- Staff salary plan was developed
- Workgroup was formed to review job titles for staff in the „office/clerical‰ classification and to recommend any appropriate changes

- Extend hours of operation for the pool and fitness center during school breaks.
