Education Department Assistant

The Education Department seeks an enthusiastic, reliable, independent student assistant.

Duties:

The student assistant will work closely with faculty and the department's Administrative Assistant filing, copying, word processing and other general clerical duties, as well as performing research and assisting with special projects.

Experience/Skills Required

Self-directed, efficient worker who can work independently with little supervision; computer proficiency, word processing, good communication skills, and knowledge of research strategies also required

Education minors and federal work-study recipients are encouraged to apply.

Hours 6-8 hours per week; schedule will vary according to department's needs and particular projects.
