Student Assistant Computer Data Entry
Duties:
Duties include entering data of prospective students into Banner. This data is derived from our many sources of contact, such as college fairs, high school visits, and campus visits.
Experience/Skills Required:
Detailed oriented
Strong computer skills
Ability to concentrate in a busy work environment
Ability to stay focused
Hours Per Week: 3-6

Admission Office Student Telephone Receptionist
Duties:
Answer telephone and respond to requests and questions. Schedule prospective students for tours, info sessions, and interviews in Meeting Maker. Assist with sending confirmation e-mails and letters. Review admission e-mail for possible campus visits from prospective students. Check in students for scheduled campus visits, ensure tours are launched at scheduled times, and expedite scheduled interviews. Be sure all proper information forms are completed.
Experience/Skills Required:
Customer service experience and telephone experience helpful.

Student Office Assistant
Description of Duties:
General office duties such as filing, labeling, copies, and running campus errands. Other duties include assisting with mailings by stuffing and labeling envelopes, preparing blue Wheaton bags for lobby, coding college fair cards for data entry, and helping to prepare for visiting days. This position also includes assembling materials for college fairs, as well as individual office projects requested by counselors.
Experience/Skills Required:
Some office experience preferred.
