Media Services supports the audiovisual needs for the Wheaton College community. Media Services manages classroom technology on campus, and works closely with Conference and Events Services to support events organized by academic and administrative departments, and student organizations.
The Media Services office is located on the second floor of the Balfour-Hood Campus Center, room 205.
Hours of Operation (academic semester)
Monday – Thursday: 8 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: Closed
Please email Media Services [email protected] for operating hours during semester breaks and Winter/Summer intersession.
To schedule support for an academic class between 8am-5pm, or for one-on-one training on AV equipment, please email [email protected]. All other requests need to fill out an event form with Conference and Event Services.
