We are committed to fostering students' creativity and to channeling their interest toward productive research. We hope that emerging scientists grow, learn and discover. Our small class size and hands-on teaching style is uniquely suited to this goal.
The Department of Chemistry offers a Chemistry major which is accredited by the American Chemical Society. A Biochemistry major, in conjunction with the Wheaton Biology Department is also available. We are also a part of the Wheaton Environmental Science major and the Environmental Studies minor.
