GATRA
Wheaton College offers GATRA (Greater Attleboro, Taunton Regional Transit Authority) service free to students, staff, and faculty with a Wheaton ID. The GATRA service runs Monday through Sunday. A schedule of service can be found by clicking on the GATRA link below.
There are two GATRA lines that service the Wheaton community.
Norton-Mansfield
This route provides service between Wheaton and the Mansfield MBTA station via Route 140 in Norton and Main Street in Mansfield. The Wheaton pick up site is located on Howard Street across from the slype.
Attleboro-Norton-Taunton
The Route 18 intercity bus route between Taunton and Attleboro (with Norton in the middle) is a flag-stop system. Passengers may flag down and board a bus in any safe location along the route. A wave signals the bus operator to pull over. The Wheaton pick-up site is located on Howard Street across from the slype.
