Approximately 155-160 residents live in Everett in singles, doubles, triples, and quads. There are laundry facilities, and a study lounge with a cable-equipped television, located on the first floor. Each floor in Everett has at least one resident advisor. The first and third floors in Everett are co-ed. The short section of the second floor, and the long section of the fourth floor are all-women's floors. The fourth floor short section is the only designated all-male space on campus.
