Larcom Hall is designated as a Wellness Hall; students elect to live here because they desire to live in a substance free environment. As students elect to live here, they must sign a contract that confirms that cigarettes, alcohol, and other drugs are not permitted. The Wellness concept has been created in support of some students' desire to live in an environment that supports the healthy decisions that they have made for themselves. There are 65 residents, living in singles, doubles, and triples in Larcom. Laundry facilities and a kitchen are located in the basement. A study lounge with cable television are located on the first floor. All of the floors in Larcom are co-ed.
