The Office of Service, Spirituality and Social Responsibility (SSSR) supports both curricular and co-curricular programming that encourages students to reflect upon their actions, values and beliefs and on the ways these impact their own intellectual development, the people around them and the communities of which they are a part.
Located on the ground floor of Cole Memorial Chapel, SSSR coordinates three separate but not entirely unrelated areas of personal and academic development--community service, spiritual exploration and political activism.
SSSR can help you:
- research local volunteer opportunities
- contact College Conservatives or Democrats
- find a local church or synagogue
- learn more about the New Orleans Alternate Winter Break trip
- create a campus-wide program related to service, spirituality or social justice
- connect with other members of your faith tradition or learn more about what others believe
