What should I do after I receive an annoying, harassing or obscene telephone call?
Notify the Public Safety Department by calling ext. 8213. If the caller left a message, save the message. (Press 9 during the message to save it.)
Initiate a telephone log. The purpose of the telephone log is to record the following:
Date and Time (this should be done for each call that is received)
Type of Call (was the call annoying, harrassing, obscene, threatening or a hang up)
Caller Characteristics (male,female, young, old, high voice, low voice, accent, intoxicated, nervous)
