Latino Heritage Month

Latino Heritage Month celebrates and honors the many cultures and contributions of Latinos / Chicanos / Hispanics. Our schedule of events below is a mix educational with social, and includes literature, music, dance, history, spirituality, and the examination of Latino identity.

Honduras Independence Day Celebration

Fiesta Latina Dance

Multicultural motivational speaker, storyteller, and poet Bobby Gonzalez, with pride for his Native American, Latino, and African ancestry, offers another perspective of Christopher Columbus.

Director of Centro Presente Maria Elena Letona facilitates a panel on political movements and rights for the Latino community.

Boston Providence Connection: Ballet Folklorico de Mexico de Amalia Hernandez
