1. What are you doing now that is similar to Wheaton's examples? Identify related initiatives and/or collaborative projects at your institution.
2. Where could these ideas be applied easily and effectively at home?
3. What gets in the way? What are your institution's needs vis-a-vis this content? (working toward IDing shared needs for possible collaboration)
4. Do you have projects that require similar levels of support on your own campuses? If so how do you support these projects? How do concerns about scalabilty and sustainabilty play a role in supporting class projects like this?
5. Identify 2-3 local "next steps". Briefly report on them during our next gathering.
