Campus Mail Services, US Mail Services

US Mail is delivered to Wheaton twice daily. Secure mail boxes located off of the Atrium in Balfour Hood are provided for faculty and students' US mail delivery.

Outgoing mail is taken to the Norton Post Office twice daily at 12:30 PM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Outgoing mail must be received at Campus Mail Services by 3:30 PM to be processed for the 4:00 PM drop off. Please bundle US mail with a band and write the org number in the upper left hand corner of the envelope.

Electronic Signatures Needed for Package Pickup

In order to to bring an increased level of security to the package delivery process, Campus Mail Services has begun to require electronic signatures for package pickup. Your signature will be captured on a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) and transferred directly to the Arrival System that notifies you through email that you have a package.
