Monday, April 3rd (11-12:30pm eastern): Masterclass with Matt McGarrell and David Schwartz: Wheaton College (MA), Wickford (RI) Middle School, Western Michigan University (MI), and East Providence Senior High School (RI). Tuesday, April 4th (1:00-2:00pm eastern): Cleveland Institute of Music with Steve Witser. Chat line was open for questions and comments. Three groups from CIM's Low Brass Studio will perform. Ensemble members include Tom Pylinski, Robert Timmers, Jason Smith , Jacob Belk, Alan Keller, Matt Barbier, Steve Gellerson, Anthony Hopkins, Ben Ammon, Andrew Welborn, and Doug Omundson.
Wednesday, April 5th (12:30-1:30pm eastern): Wichita State University with Russ Widener. Chat line was open for questions and comments. Andy Toews playing "Fanfare for Unaccompanied Trombone" by John Kenny; Cody Wheeler playing "Meditation for Bass Trombone" by HIDAS Frigyes; THE WSU Trombone Quartet (Ian Fitzwater, Andy Toews, and Brett Johnson on tenor trombone, Adam Jones on bass trombone) playing "Myths and Legends" (second movement "Adagio") by Eric Ewazen; and Adam Jones playing "Concerto for Bass Trombone" (third movement) by Eric Ewazen.
