Spring 2008 Annual Photo Exhibit & Contest
March 27 & 28, 2008
Balfour Hood Atrium from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Who
Students, faculty, and staff are welcome to submit photos for the exhibit and contest. Faculty & staff are ineligible for prizes.
Categories
Photos can be submitted for the various categories and should portray a global/international theme:
- Architecture - buildings, bridges, and monuments
- Cultural Perspectives - A cultural event in motion
- Landscape - hills, mountains, sunset, seascapes
- Portrait - photographs of people
- Wildlife - plants and animals
Prizes
Prizes will be awarded to student photos voted on by the Wheaton campus community. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes will be awarded in each category. A Best in Show prize will also be awarded.
Deadline: Monday, March 17, 2008
Students must complete a photo registration form for each photo. Students are limited to submitting 1 photo per catagory. All photos must be matted prior to submission. No digital photos can be submitted in file format.
Photo Registration Forms are available in the Center for Global Education.
Photo Exhibit
Photos will be displayed in Balfour Hood Atrium in March for voting. Photos will be available for pick-up by the end of the semester.
