Making the most of your internship
A positive attitude goes a long way. Even if your assignments are not as meaty as you may have hoped, approach anything you do with enthusiasm. You can learn a great deal by observing and talking with your colleagues.
As an intern, you may be able to arrange informational interviews with your colleagues to learn about what they do and get their advice. Networking with colleagues can help you maximize your learning experience. Keep an informal journal noting what you are doing, questions you have, insights you may have gained.
