Training, instructing and supervising analysts, graduate students and interns on Food Chemistry Laboratory experimental theory and procedures

Research Interests

Researched and developed new analytical procedures for the Food Chemistry Lab. Authored and presented laboratory experiment research at professional analytical chemistry meetings. Experienced in environmental research, wet chemistry and instrumentation including AA, LC, ICP-MS and GC-MS.

Ran hazardous waste management program and reviewed initial chemical hygiene plan. Skilled with various computer software applications. Registered Environmental Laboratory Technologist.
