General InformationSpouses and Guests WelcomeSpouses, partners and guests are invited to all reunion activities and meals. All residence halls are coed during the weekend. Please make your reservation for two if you plan to bring your spouse, partner or a guest. Reservations and HousingAlumnae/i will be housed together by class in residence halls. Please remember, residence hall rooms contain only the essentials: made-up beds, towels, soap and drinking glasses. If you have special needs and require a first-floor room, please indicate that at the time you make your reservation. Children who are 12 and under may stay for free, but you must provide sleeping bags, towels, etc. and this must be indicated on your reservation form. Reservations must be received in the Office of Alumnae/i Relations and Annual Giving by May 6. After that date, we cannot guarantee housing with classmates. Reservations submitted via the Web or postmarked on or before April 30 save $10 off the registration fee. Reunion FeesReunion fees help to defray costs but do not cover the full expense of the weekend. The registration fee helps to defray the expenses of such things as weekend programs, rentals and entertainment. The housing fee helps defray the expense of linen rentals and laundry services. Late ArrivalIf the registration area in Mary Lyon Hall is closed upon your arrival, please go to Public Safety for assistance. Please note: Public Safety is now located at 30 Taunton Avenue (one block south of Route 123 on Route 140 heading towards Taunton, on the left). Class PhotographsA photographer will be on hand Saturday to photograph all reunion classes. These will be available for sale and are a great souvenir. Please refer to the reunion program upon your arrival for the time of your class photo. Photo orders must be placed and paid for when the photo is taken. RecreationThe Evelyn Danzig Haas ‚39 Athletic Center is available for your use. Other recreational opportunities include use of the outdoor tennis courts and the Pappas Fitness Center. Golfers can obtain tee times for Reunion Weekend directly from a number of area courses. Please call the Office of Alumnae/i Relations and Annual Giving for further information about golfing. Just For KidsReunion Camp 2002 will feature a variety of activities, including arts, crafts, swimming, story-telling, outdoor games, nature walks and more.
