What to expect

The Office of Alumnae/i Relations & Annual Giving and the Alumnae/i Association will provide Reunion volunteers with information, resources, support, and reminders throughout the year.

Prior to Reunion

  • Mailing of save-the-date postcard to all reunion classes
  • Additional ideas and support from Jane Martin '74, P'11, National Reunion Chair, and Stacey Hurd '90, National Annual Fund Chair
  • Computer printouts and labels of classmates (in alpha or geographical order); class lists and e-addresses can also be sent electronically
  • Processing and postage costs of mailings. (See Appendix A for Timetable for Class Mailings)
  • Mailing of reunion invitation in March to all alumnae/i in reunion classes
  • Coordinating children's program with Children's Conference Care
  • Processing of all reunion registrations
  • Coordinating all residence hall, equipment needs and other facility logistics for your class
  • Assistance with new class officer recruitment and transitions

At Reunion

  • Commencement Reunion Volunteers (CRVs): student volunteers who provide assistance throughout the weekend, including driving golf carts, answering questions, running on-campus errands, etc.
  • Advance requests for equipment and facilities met
  • Reunion packets furnished at registration in Mary Lyon Hall
  • Alumnae/i Association-sponsored programs during the weekend
  • Child care program, sponsored by Children's Conference Care
  • Reunion Class Officers‚ meeting to review final and important weekend details
  • Guaranteed cheerleading section for your successful reunion
