Payment Plans
Standard Payment Plan
Students are billed once per semester for their tuition, fee, room and board expenses. After the semester billing due date (Aug.1 for fall, Jan 1 for spring), subsequent bills reflect any past due balance plus any new activity on the account. Monthly statements are sent to all active students unless they had a zero balance in the previous month and no new billing activity.
All student accounts are subject to the Standard Payment Plan unless the college is notified of enrollment in the monthly payment plan described below.
Monthly Payment Plan Option
The Interest-Free Monthly Payment Option helps you budget education expenses over the course of 10 months. Your only cost is the $65 enrollment fee that includes life insurance protection for your education expenses; toll-free education payment counseling and 24-hour, automated account access. An information packet detailing the plan is sent to families every year in our Wheaton's Billing Information Packet.
Families may budget any amount, up to their full cost of tuition, fees, room and board. The Wheaton Student Health Plan may also be budgeted through the monthly plan. Miscellaneous charges incurred on a student account are not included in this service. Families will receive separate bills from Wheaton on a monthly basis if additional miscellaneous charges are incurred during the year, or if a past due balance remains unpaid.

Make an Online Payment
To initiate a secure online payment go to TMS Payment Center. This will bring you to the TMS Payment center for Wheaton College. Click on "Make a Payment" and then choose Checking/Statement Savings or Credit Card and follow the instructions. Please note that if you choose to make your payment using a credit card there is a convenience fee, typically between 2% and 3.5% of the amount charged. For example, on a payment of $1,200 a convenience fee of the $37.50 will be incurred by the cardholder.
Tuition Prepayment
Under this program, families may prepay multiple years of tuition at the current rate and avoid future tuition increases. Room, board and fee charges are not included in this plan. Families may use one of the MassPlan options to finance this option, or may consider using other financing plans available through local banks. Tuition prepayment is limited to students who are not receiving financial assistance through Wheaton and must be used for a minimum of four and not more than eight semesters.
