Payroll
In order to receive your first pay, new employees must be aware of the following guidelines:
- Monthly-paid employees are paid on the twelfth of the month for the entire month. In order to receive the first pay on time, new employees are required to complete the necessary Human Resources/Payroll forms by the fifth day of the first month a paycheck is due.
- Biweekly-paid employees are paid every other Thursday. Pay is received on the Thursday following completion of the two-week pay period. In order to receive the first pay on time, new employees are required to complete the necessary Human Resources/Payroll forms by the second Wednesday of the pay period schedule.
- All employees(except for some Physical Plant employees) are required to complete and submit an electronic timesheet every pay period. Electronic timesheets can be accessed via the WINDOW at https://window.wheatoncollege.edu. Timesheets must be electronically submitted by the employee and electronically approved by his/her immediate supervisor by the appropriate payroll deadline. - Direct deposit is required.
