Please note that we require five business days prior notice for all setups and reservations. Please help us meet the increased needs of the Wheaton community by following these procedures. For specific help, refer to the table below.
Media Services does not reserve classrooms. Please contact Conferences and Events for room reservations.

Emergency Classroom Response
Call 5600 if you are in a class and a projector or other Media Services equipement fails. Most of the media equipped classroom have phones in the front of the room.

| To check out boomboxes or slide projectors for a block of time for Faculty ONLY. ADA or Books on tape for Students. | Visit the checkout desk located in Balfour Hood, Room 205. Maximum loan period is 1 semester. |
| To check out digital cameras (video or still)
Note: You must make an appointment for training on miniDV cameras. Allow at least 15 minutes for a quick overview before taking the camera. Must supply your own Tape/DVD/MiniDV. | Visit the checkout desk located in Balfour Hood, Room 205. Loan period is 1 day. Call 3806 or 3765 for training appointment. Cameras are for campus use only! |
