Wheaton College Chorale

The Wheaton College Chorale performs a broad spectrum of music, ranging from major works with orchestra to world folk music to jazz. Major works in recent years include Vivaldi's Magnificat, Mozart's Solemn Vespers, Britten's Rejoice in the Lamb, Schubert's Mass in G, Faure's Requiem, Tallis' stunning motet for eight antiphonal choirs, Spem in Alium and in the spring of 2006 Mozart's Requiem in honor of the composer's 250th birthday. In Spring of 2001, the Chorale toured Italy, with stops in Venice, Florence, Assisi, Bologna, and Rome.

Open to all students by audition, the Chorale rehearses twice a week.
