Webpages like these are always in flux, in progress, under construction. Our objective here is to provide a launch pad for the internet research needs of German students at Wheaton.
This site attempts to compile a list of links "vetted" by criteria of priority and justification and trust. We want to keep it succinct, focussed, and vital. We want to keep it student-driven and to keep it aktuell. We also want to see it as a portal that opens up to global virtuality: you will not find everything German here, but rather a few, well-chosen doors that open into a larger German reality.
Our initial focus will be threefold:
1. links that help us to learn German
2. links that access local German color in Boston and New England
3. links that we ourselves visit and utilize on a regular basis˜links that turn us on!
