Tenure Track Computer Science Position
The Department of Mathematics and Computer Science invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Computer Science. Requirements are a Ph.D. in computer science and a commitment to quality teaching and scholarly activity. We are especially interested in candidates with expertise in networks, databases, statistics, or scientific computing, but will consider all areas. We especially welcome candidates with interdisciplinary research interests to complement our collaborative research teams in bioinformatics, visualization, and GIS. The successful candidate will also be expected to contribute to the Wheaton curriculum through a First Year Seminar or a Connected course, and to participate in the college's commitment to Infusion; see details at www.wheatoncollege.edu.
